Metsubo Furi Shira Shamen Oman leaves the Yakuza and, following the advice of Tsomi Furaido, starts working as a waitress at a Japanese restaurant, but after a while she begins to have a relationship with the owner. Around the same time, Furaido's son Ryokichi, runs away, seeking 300 yen to free Oteru, his prostitute lover, from the Kawagon family. On the other hand, Oman's relationship with her husband is found out and she's fired from the restaurant and starts swinging the pot at the gambling hall again. Oteru runs away with Ryokichi. Aware of this, Fugaido challenges the dice game to earn Oteru's ransom money and wins 300 yen, but is brutally murdered by the Kawagon and the money is stolen. Oteru and Yoshikichi are also killed. Oman's anger explodes. She joins the Kawagon family and a bloodbath ensues as she single handedly kills one after another to avenge Furaido, Oteru, and Ryoshi.
