Obsesión asesina (1993)

Pedro is accused of raping a student at his university, convicted and imprisoned. Released five years later, he moves to San Diego, California and the brutal violations of women start up yet again. Though he has his doubts, police sergeant Walter Ancer (Pedro's brother) tries to prove his innocence.
