Mat Som is a freelance writer who works in Kuala Lumpur and doesn't get many assignments and is frustrated because he doesn't get ideas to improve his standard of living. In addition, he failed to attract the attention of the girl next door that he was interested in, Yam. He was even more depressed when his father introduced him to Wan Faridah.
