Tis mias drahmis, ta giasemia (1960)

Alexis and Anna-Maria fall in love, having met each other after a car accident. While their love blossoms, Anna-Maria's grandfather, a former well-known conductor, battles alcoholism and works at small taverns in order to make ends meet and help his granddaughter take her violin lessons. The grandfather must find a way to trust Alexis, despite his fears that his granddaughter will have the same bitter fate as his long-dead daughter.
