Island of Horrors (1970)

The inmates of a womens prison on an isolated island are mistreated and tortured by sadistic guards, but their troubles have only just begun: a new warden--a disgraced official who was removed from his previous job for not being tough enough and who is determined to show his superiors that he has learned his lesson--has just arrived, and a deadly plague is starting to spread across the island.
