The Birds with the Color of the Moon (1994)

Taking on odd jobs to eke out an existence, incurable pipe-dreamer Alexis and three of his friends summon up the nerve to rob his affluent chicken-factory owner boss. With the help of the alluring Asian singer, Jennifer, the ambitious thieves manage to get their hands on a substantial fortune; however, an unforeseen complication will lead to fatal disaster and a complete change of plans. Now--trapped in a vicious cycle of violence, and with the police hot on their trail--Alexis and Jennifer have no other choice but to flee to the mountains and reach the sea: the final obstacle. Nevertheless, is this the road to freedom?
