I gynaikara ap' to Kilkis (1985)

After three beautiful children and many years of marriage with her unbearable and good-for-nothing husband, Nodas, the proud Pontian-Greek woman from Kilkis, Sultana, summons up the courage to finally take matters into her own hands. As a result, forced by Nodas' laziness and his absurd illusions of grandeur, Sultana leaves the house to try her luck in the bustling city of Athens in search of a better future; however, the busy capital is big and perilous for an innocent small-town woman. In the end, can Sultana make it big all alone? Will Nodas take something like that lying down?
