My Life in Your Hands (1970)

The innocent friendship between Krinio, the enchanting daughter of the village's most influential chief shepherd, and Dimos, a humble herder, develops into something more profound. But her father intervenes, bent on putting an end to their relationship. Determined to make Krinio forget Dimos once and for all, he sends her to Athens to study, only to realise that their love has only grown stronger in their time apart.
