A couple of ugly looking creatures called ghouls, kidnap three nuns and impregnate two of them by sticking their tongues in the mouths of the nuns. The nuns stomaches expand and explode, in the end two smaller ghouls appear.
A small girl gets attacked by two ghouls who bite her neck, a little bit of blood can be seen dripping from the mouth of one of the ghouls.

Mallory gets cut a few times during a fight scene.
