A couple of ugly looking creatures called ghouls, kidnap three nuns and impregnate two of them by sticking their tongues in the mouths of the nuns. The nuns stomaches expand and explode, in the end two smaller ghouls appear.
A small girl gets attacked by two ghouls who bite her neck, a little bit of blood can be seen dripping from the mouth of one of the ghouls.
A man has his skin torn off offscreen, the skin can be seen sticking on a wall with a message carved on it.

A woman has her arms chained up in order to prevend her from escaping, blood can be seen running from her arms.
A dead man can be seen lying on the ground with a bloody spot on his head with an spiked piece of wood sticking out of it.
A mouse gets stomped to death (gory).
A couple of demons who are standing in a row, commit suicide one by one by stabbing themselves.
Mallory gets cut a few times during a fight scene.
