Danka (1952)

A representative of a textile mill arrive sin Danka's village to hire weavers. Several girls, including Danka, sign a contract and leave the village. Soon the girls realize that the terms of the contract are not observed and that the output of the mill goes to the German. Danka gets in touch with the underground group at the mill. She hides leaflets, and defends the girl's rights before the owner. After the victory of socialist revolution, the mill is handed over to the people. Danka addresses a worker's rally.
