A man streaks through a city (full frontal and rear nudity). A black & white movie with nude people is seen although it's hard to see the details.

A tattoo is scarred onto someone's arm. A man is bloody after crashing his car. A man squeezes out a bloody cloth. People have their necks slit and blood squirts out. A boy is sliced in half down the middle. A girl is punched and knocked out. A man has a giant brain outside of his head. A finger is seen in some soup. A man's decapitated head is seen. A woman throws up onto the camera. A man starts to strangle a cat. A jacket is bloody. A man is stabbed underwater (some blood is seen) and drowns. A man has sand poured down his throat until he dies. A man has a chunk ripped out of his brain, green slime comes out and his brain splits open. A man's hand blows up. A man's head blows up. A man's heart blows up. A man hits another man with a plate and rips his head off. Then he kicks it. A tube is broken and blood comes out. A woman's face melts. A headless man's chest open up and a creature jumps out. The top of a creature's head is bitten off. A creature is electrocuted. A creature blows up and is run over.

'Fuck' is said several times, also 'shit, bastard, ass, damn, hell, Jesus, oh my God'. A boy gives his family the finger.

Alcohol and cigarettes are seen.

Some viewers may find the creatures frightening.
