Cabin Fever (2002)

From acclaimed and provocative director Eli Roth comes this excessive and frenetic film. Bert, a college student, is on a mountain vacation with his friends when he unintentionally shoots a local man with a skin infection during a hunting excursion. Overwhelmed by panic, Bert flees the scene, leaving the man lifeless. Tragically, the man's body ends up in a reservoir, tainting the water supply. Consequently, one of Bert's friends contracts a contagious ailment that triggers an insatiable hunger for meat. Now, the group must unite to contain the spread of the disease.
