Moving Alan (2003)

When anxious Missy's abusive husband Alan eats some bad fish tacos, her and her sister Emily embark on a road trip to dump his body in the desert. Along the way the sisters work on reconciling their estranged relationship, and meet Tony, a homeless, drug addicted former actor who believes himself to literally be the character from his old show.
