Meet Baluyev (1963)

In 1960-ies, Baluev, the head of the construction site of the main gas pipeline, decides to lay the track straight through the swamp, not giving a damn about the approved project. In addition to his basic boss duties, Baluyev actively engages in educational work among his subordinates.
