Totalitarnyy roman (1998)

1968, a small town in Siberia. Convinced communist Nadia Melnikova works at the local Palace of Culture and brings up a little daughter. One day a woman meets a Muscovite Andrey, who allegedly came to take care of a sick aunt, but in fact he is a dissident and is hiding from the KGB. Soon, a stormy romance breaks out between Andrey and the unsuspecting Nadia.
