Behind the Mask (1992)

There is no sex or nudity in the production.

The action content is high and the film suspenseful, however there are no open shots of gore or undue voilence.

The villains are quite bad and the setting is quite metropolitan yet there is not one word of profanity in the entire picture.

There is some smoking in the street scenes but none by the film's principles. There is no drug or alcoholic abuse.

The action and suspense scenes are quite gripping. In the miniseries version, each cliffhanger ends with a certainty that one or more of the film's protagonists are either killed or seriously hurt. It is resolved by the next episode, but the tension is there.
