Open Water 2: Adrift (2006)

Inspired by a harrowing true story, a weekend cruise on a luxury yacht takes a disastrous turn for a group of former high school friends when they forget to lower the ladder before diving into the ocean for a swim. Stranded and unable to climb back on board, they find themselves adrift, miles from shore. As the gravity of their predicament sets in, tensions rise and friendships fray. The physical toll of staying afloat and the desperate struggle to return to the yacht lead to dire consequences. What began as a joyful reunion quickly devolved into a desperate fight for survival.
