Birgos, a sick man who escaped from an asylum, comes to an association as a volunteer. But as a result of a misunderstanding, he's mistaken for the new director. The latter preferred to leave with his mistress abroad without notifying anyone. Former of the F.O union, Bigros decides to revolutionize the organization of this association, by deciding to unionize the volunteers.
