Er valt een ster (1963)

A family owning a traditional flea circus tries to survive next to the new attraction on the fair, owned by Rita Corita. The daughter (Jenny Arean) seeks employment with a famous opera singer (Caroline Kaart) to earn some money for her parents. Meanwhile one of the students of the opera singer turns from classical to pop music and makes it big, while the career of the opera singer declines.
