It Happened on the Stairs (2006)

Isabelle, working as janitor at a bourgeois building, meets Charles, one of the tenants when he falls on the stairs. Taking her for a renowned novelist, he invites her to a fancy restaurant. Bewildered, Isabelle decides to live the lie.
