"El Refugio" is a nursing home and when the principal benefactor dies, matters get complicated because food and medicine begin to dwindle. Four residents come to the conclusion that only way to secure their well-being is by killing the remaining nursing home inhabitants. they procure to make the killings look like accidents or death by natural causes.
