Dharamdas is killed by Rajan's man while John elopes with his son to kill him the kid lands in hands of Acharya who looks after orphans.Years later Rani Dharamdas gives charity from her wealth to orphanage of Acharya and lives with a hope that someday she might unite with her son.Raju who has spent all his life in orphanage dreams of making big but without working hard he meets Asha and falls in love with her.Ravi a small time crook in love with Maria whose daughter of John who is now left lame during kidnapping the kid and repents till date for his crime.Ravi lands in jail after Raju gets him arrested for stealing but after he is released both become good friends and Ravi gets over every time of his crime due to Inspector Shiva,Maria and Ravi plan to loot Rani Dharamdas but Ravi changes his mind after he realizes how she misses her son.Ravi develops feelings towards Rani and she starts considering him as his son but Ravi finds from his foster mother and Acharya that Rani is his actual mother.When Ravi goes to her to revel the truth he sees Inspector Wadekar exposing his criminal records and he decides not to revel her the truth.But with help of Maria and Acharya convince Raju to pretend to be the lost son of Rani Dharamdas.
