Engelchen flieg (2004)

Six years after the birth of their daughter, who is severely physically disabled due to a medical error, the marriage of an artist couple is in ruins. The wife lovingly cares for the girl, but neglects her husband, whose career as a caricaturist is on the decline. When the divorce is finalized, a serious accident involving the older son brings the couple back together.
