Comedy Crime Drama Thriller

Larceny, lust and lethal behavior. In icebound Wichita, Kansas, it's Christmas Eve, and this year Charlie Arglist just might have something to celebrate. Charlie, an attorney for the sleazy businesses of Wichita, and his unsavory associate, the steely Vic Cavanaugh have just successfully embezzled $2 million from Kansas City boss Bill Guerrard. But the real prize for Charlie is the stunning Renata, who runs the Sweet Cage strip club. Charlie hopes to slip out of town with Renata. But as daylight fades and an ice storm whirls, everyone from Charlie's drinking buddy Pete Van Heuten to the local police begin to wonder just what exactly is in Charlie's Christmas stocking - and the 12 hours of Christmas Eve are filled with surprises.

A topless woman dances around a pole on a stage (common breasts); she wears a g-string (her buttocks are visible). A dancer wears sparkling stars over her nipples and a g-string that reveals her buttocks.

We see large posters of bare-breasted women in a strip club called "Velvet Touch." As a man walks past them, he hears sexual sounds ("Oh God," "Oh yeah!" etc.) but then finds that it's just a porno video on the TV (briefly seen, it shows a woman squatted down having sex with a man below her with movement and some nudity).

We hear a woman moaning rhythmically and we see a nude man and a woman on a TV screen having sex (the man's chest and legs and the woman's breasts and buttocks are visible); the woman sits on top of the man who is lying down and she thrusts up and down several times.

We see a photograph of a nude woman (part of her breasts and buttocks are seen) leaning over a desk while a man (we see his chest) is standing behind her in a thrusting position.

A woman opens her robe and she's wearing a bra and panties; then the woman and a man kiss (please see the Violence/Gore category for more details).

Women wear low-cut tops and dresses that reveal cleavage in several scenes. We see the top of a woman's thigh above her stockings when her skirt flips up.

We see the outside of exotic dance clubs with the outline of a nude woman in neon lights (including nipples) and "XXX" in the signage.

A man in a strip club room, is with a woman (wearing a tank top) who sits on a man's lap and they kiss passionately, (no nudity).

With a woman tied to a chair, a mobster runs his hand up the inside of her thigh. Needing to distract him from seeing that her lover is sneaking up, the woman tells the mobster that she has an idea of what will help him relax. He then moves the chair around so that his crotch is near her face, but the man enters and nothing happens.

After being kicked in the crotch, we see a man with his hands down to his crotch (nothing explicit and no nudity) trying to feel his testicles that he claims are up inside his body now. He then has another man bounce him up and down to try to get them to drop. We then see him standing there with his hands down at his crotch as his pants are down, feeling for his testicles again (in his boxers, but no nudity is seen).

There's talk of a compromising photo of a local councilman and a woman. A man later finds it and it shows the man having rear-entry intercourse with a bored-looking woman who's bent over a desk or table. We see the tops of her bare breasts (but no nipples).

After hearing a muffled pop, a man in a car sees a burst of light through a window. He then goes inside to check and discovers a woman slumped over dead next to a Christmas tree, her head bleeding from a crust in a head wound. He is startled by a man who is standing on the stair balcony and smacks glass to the ground.

A man is shot in the stomach by a man who is pinned inside a footlocker and has no ammo while holding a gun with a bleeding cut and severed thumb. The wounded fire at him once in the chest. A cadaver is flung into the water and lands on top of him, driving him under and causing him to drown. The man dies falling, destroying the pier and forcing another man (who cannot swim) and the locker to fall into cold water.

The woman was holding a razor to the back of the man's neck when they shared a kiss, and we can see a drip of blood trying to kill him. She is then shot in the belly.

A man discovers blood smears and drops on the floor. He follows the trail and discovers a very bloody thumb that has been cut and is being held in a vice (the scene is brief). Someone collects the severed digit in a blood-soaked tissue wrapper and hands it to someone else who throws the severed thumb out of the car window.

When a police officer surprises the man, the man bolts upright and smacks his head on the street sign. He applies a tissue to his head (there is no blood, just a small bruise). A man kicks another man in the crotch after dragging him out of a club. A man strikes another man in the face, causing the other to fall to the ground. We hear cracking as a man keeps twisting the other man's arm. A female with a black eye is visible.

A man is hit by a camper that backing, he falls to the ground, but is OK. In an DVD alternative ending, a man is run over by a trailer while it backs up on him.

The man in the chest wants to talk. The two men press their ears closer together. Shots are fired through the chest. I ordered silence, he hits his chest with a golf club until he does. Two men stuff the chest into the car, and when he drives the car one last time, the man won't be silent, so one of the men gets a gun and shoots the chest. The dead woman is wrapped in plastic, placed in the trunk of a car and stuffed there appropriately so that the chest is stuffed enough to be thrown away.

A man shoots a man in the face with buckshot (we see bloody wounds on his face); He falls to the ground, stabs the man who shot him in the leg (the man pulls the knife out of his leg with difficulty), gets up off the ground and we see his mutilated, fleshy face, spattered with bullets, and shoots him Cops in the leg Leg in the forehead, woman stabs him, he slams her back against the couch then gets shot in the head at touching distance (blood splatters all over the wall)
