Breach (2007)

Aspiring FBI agent Eric O'Neill is paired with the experienced Robert Hanssen, suspected of leaking valuable information to the Soviets. In order not to generate too much suspicion, one of the supervisors on the case instructs Eric that his mission will be to watch Hanssen for inappropriate sexual behavior.
