May sayad (1998)

Verano (Ronnie Ricketts), a hitman and henchmen for Brigante (Rez Cortez), but betrayed by Brigante and his organization. He was protected by the policeman's, Vergel (Roy Alvarez) and Richard (Tonton Gutierrez) to testify against Brigante, but he was taken to the mental hospital that he did not know that the hospital was controlled by the cruel Dr. Austria (Roldan Aquino) and was misconceive for a mental problem by psychiatrist, Dra. Angela Reyes (Jennifer Mendoza). With the help of Tikboy (Ogie Alcasid), the patients become free from the cruelty of Dr. Austria. Verano's problem is not over yet, and he calls Richard to pick him up. Verano didn't know that he was taken to Brigante. He shoots Vergel then and he realizes that Richard is the right hand of Brigante. Tikboy and Angela were also caught by Brigante's henchmen. Vergel is alive because of the bulletproof vest, and he also suspecting Richard for a long time. He helped Verano and worked together to kill Richard and Brigante, and eventually Verano silenced Richard and Brigante.
