The subject matter is very disturbing. It's about a pedophile who rapes, kills, and eats children. However, pretty much his crimes are not shown. At the beginning, he does attempt to molest and rape a young girl, but she gets away. And a little later, he's shown going into a train bathroom where a young boy is, and the boy screams, and the next thing you see is the bathroom covered in blood, as the boy has been brutally murdered The man is shown washing the blood off his knife. The man is shown in a later scene, which is very dark, with blood dripping from his mouth and a bloody leg next to him (he has just killed a child).
