Storyline:  Control follows Ian Curtis, a reserved young man working at an employment agency while fronting the band Warsaw, later renamed Joy Division. As fame rises, his marriage to Debbie falters and he begins an affair with Annik, a Belgian journalist. Struggling with epilepsy, medication, and conflicting emotions, Ian faces the growing strain of his personal life and the demands of his music.
