Pokémon: Jirachi - Wish Maker (2003)

Ash and his friends arrive at the Millennium Comet Festival, a celebration held every thousand years when the mythical Pokémon Jirachi awakens to absorb the comet's energy. Max forms a bond with Jirachi, who can grant wishes, attracting the attention of Butler, a former Team Magma scientist. Butler plans to use Jirachi’s power to revive Groudon, an ancient Pokémon. However, his experiment goes awry, creating a monstrous, life-draining creature.
