There are many splatter and gore scenes in this movie. Most of the killings are graphic. Lots of blood throughout.
A monster busts through a window and eats a child (like a log through a wood chipper) with blood squirting from its mouth before leaving behind the child's chewed off foot--ALL ENTIRELY DISTURBING AND GRUESOME. The same monster then vomits green goo onto a man, which causes him to begin to rot; we see him trying to wash the goo off, there are maggots wriggling in his hair, and as time passes his skin becomes discolored and deteriorates (a woman touches his face with a fork and it sinks on his sloppy cheek, another woman pokes the barrel of a gun into the man's face and it sinks through the sticky skin).
A monster pulls the dead body of a man out of a window.
Creatures and people are shot. There is a lot of horror movie style bloody violence and gore.
A monster is held on the floor by two men, a woman pounds on the monster's face using a gun butt; the monster's teeth are broken and fall all around. Then the woman thrusts her fist into the mouth of the creature and through its head, killing it (we see bloody matter on her hand when it exits the monster's mouth).
A man shoots a creature.
A man with a stick strikes a monster in the head.
A young man is knocked out and trapped under a piece of furniture.
A car crashes into something on a road, drives off and flips, and we see flames while a person struggles to get free.
A dead body is rigged with explosives and prepared to be used as a diversion.
Dead bodies are covered with tablecloths and piled in a basement.
