Dark Ride (2006)

A female character unbuttons her shirt and we see her bare breasts. She then proceeds to give a blowjob to a male character, though nothing is shown during this later part.

Lots of verbal references which are sexual in nature.

In the beginning of the film, two girls go into the ride, and they get separated, and then the girl finds her sister opened up with blood and guts all over her. It's unknown what happens to the other, but it's assumed she's brutally murdered.

In the mental asylum, Jacob is able to get out of his straight jacket with amazing ease and rips a hole through one doctors stomach and graphically tears his heart out. He then proceeds to brutally murder the other doctor with tremendous amounts of blood splattering on the door.

One character's dead, blood splattered and mangled body is found with his arms attached to puppet strings and being moved without someone seen moving them. It is seen that his arms have had the skin torn off them and they are very bloody.

Two of the characters are having some kind of sex and then the killer comes behind the girl and starts cutting into her neck, blood splattering after every cut, and the boy says "Come on, Give me a kiss," and then unknowingly proceeds to bring up the decapitated head, and freaks out and runs his head into a pipe.

A security guard comes in through an exterior entrance and finds the main character, and tells her to calm down, and she's pointing to the killer behind the guard, but it's too late. The killer brings his blade down on his head. This is a very graphic and bloody scene, and it is not for those with weak constitutions. The guard doesn't notice until his eye goes behind his head, and his head starts to break in half, and very slowly his head falls apart, and through the crack, we see the girl scream terrifyingly, and the guards brain starts to fall out, and then the killer pushes him down and the guard falls to the floor, dead. Very brutal and graphic scene with a lot of blood.

Almost the whole movie is shot inside a dark-ride and scenes shot here are quite intense and can be frightening for some.
