Step into an Enchanted World with three ordinary kids who are given extraordinary powers. When the powerful "Big Book of Magic" is stolen by the wacky warlock Twinkleflash and his band of comic rats, it is up to a good witch named Myrtle and her grandchild Peg to get it back. Enter Benny and Cathy who, chased by the school bully Doug, stumble into the adventure of their lives. By changing the letters of their names, Myrtle transforms them into animals giving them special powers. The three join forces with her becoming the Magic Power Scouts.
