Someday Soon (1977)

Due to runoff and soil condition problems resulting from the Garrison Irrigation Project just across the Canada/US border, and frustrated by the failure of their elected representitives to help them, a group of Manitoba farmers take matters into their own hands to stage an act of civil disobedience.
