A gay couple, two men, lay naked in bed kissing; sex is implied.

Man picks up male prostitute in his car. They are then shown naked on his bed. Customer has hands tied to his bedpost as prostitute is on top. He tells prostitute to bite his nipple and then to bite his penis, asking him to bite it off. Sex is interrupted at this point. Only nudity includes bare chest.

This movie contains disturbing sexual themes that involve sexual arousal/obsession with eating others or being eaten.

Two young boys watch a woman gut a pig carcass.

A woman watches a video where a man's penis is cut off and then presumably cooked and eaten. None of this is explicitly shown, but it is still very disturbing.

In the same video, a man stabs another man repeatedly in the chest with a large knife. Again, none of this is explicitly shown, but it is disturbing.

A severed head is also shown for a moment in the video.

A man drinks a whole bottle of cough syrup.

The same man later drinks another bottle of cough syrup, swallows a package of pills and drinks an entire bottle of hard liquor. This sequence is pretty hard to watch.

This movie deals with very disturbing themes such as "consensual cannibalism" and sexual arousal through cannibalism.
