Versus Ivan (2004)

Ivan is a man trapped in a self-fulfilling routine, dictated by mysterious food packages that arrive daily from an unknown sender. When the packages suddenly stop appearing, it sets off an unstoppable series of events that send Ivan's life and routine spiraling out of control. Determined to regain control of his life whatever the cost, Ivan must first confront the concept of change and question the way of life he has desperately clung to for so long.
