Storyline:  In the 1980s, many Chinese families moved from cities to poorer regions to aid industrial growth. Among them is a 19-year-old girl in Guizhou, where she has grown up, formed friendships, and discovered love. Her father, however, believes their future is in Shanghai. The family faces a difficult conflict between staying in the life they built and chasing new opportunities.
