The end of the 1960s and early 1970s brought a political crisis in the communist countries, especially Yugoslavia. USSR military intervention in the Czech Republic, while in Yugoslavia, the republican leadership, especially in Croatia, is preparing a secession. This political and national crisis leads to the vindication of the dreams of the NDH "Nezavisna Drzava Hrvatska - Independent State of Croatia".
