The Batavia: Wreck, Mutiny and Murder (1995)

A documentary which tells the extraordinary story of the Dutch East India ship Batavia, wrecked on the coast of Western Australia in 1629 in which 125 men, women and children were massacred by mutinous crew members, with the surviving passengers and crew being saved at the last minute by the arrival of a rescue ship.
