Tôkyô Daigaku monogatari (2006)

The intelligent high school student Naoki Murakami asks Haruka Mizuno, who is both pretty and smart, to date him. She surprisingly accepts. They become a couple, but have to worry about their upcoming university entrance exams. Is the relationship dead on arrival and especially what happens if they are to separate for college?
