Temeraire

During the Napoleonic wars a English Royal Navy officer runs across a dragon egg and after it hatches it bonds with him and due to the rare nature of this type of dragon he he is required to leave the life that he knows and loves to become a dragon rider and fight the war in a much grander fashion.
