Chosyu Five (2006)

A group of young Japanese men were secretly sent to England to study the science and engineering that Japan was lacking, and return after five years or so to sew the seeds for modernising Japan. The Emperor would have had them executed if he had discovered what was occuring. The knowledge they returned with started Japan on the road it is still travelling. .
