The asylum uses several outdated methods like electroshock therapy, lobotomies and aquatic reinforcement as treatment for its patients. This and the stereotypes about mental illnesses might be very bothersome to viewers.
A man with a foot fetish hangs a cop from the ceiling and threatens to chop off his toes. He also wears a necklace made of stolen human toes.

Despite all of these instances, much of the film is comedic and would likely only scare younger viewers.
