One scene shows a small boy slashing his mothers face with a knife, and various sounds are heard as we can see (from an unclear angle)

small children getting killed brutally.

Another scene features a man getting his achilles tendons sliced.

A decapitation is heard (a man is covering up while this action is being performed), and the severed head is shown.

Other scenes feature stabbings and beatings of children and in short, this movie is extremely gory and violent (especially considering the settings).

the voice of the slit mouth woman "Am I.. pretty?" is creepy and may disturb some viewers

The slit mouthed woman (prior to becoming the slit mouthed woman) is shown punching her kids in the face knocking them to the ground on a few occasions. There is also a scene having to do with a small girl (about 9 or 10) and scissors being used on her face.
