Ó Pai, Ó: Look at This (2007)

In the Pelourinho, a lively tenement becomes a microcosm of shared Carnival excitement and collective disdain for their stern building superintendent, Dona Joana. However, she abruptly shuts off the water supply in the midst of Carnival's grand finale.
