One set of bare breasts during oral sex in a car. One long nude scene showing buttocks but not breasts or groin.

Several scenes of explicit gory death, with bloody swords or spikes sticking out of bodies. A preteen girl sews another preteen girl's mouth shut at an adult's urging. A teen girl cuts the sutures of another teen girl's lips whose mouth has been sewn shut. A man is sliced to ribbons as he's in the middle of a cell phone conversation with his young son. A bunch of ghosts hold a live person in place on a railroad track so a train can run over them. A train rips a school bus full of happy singing kids to shreds. A costumed psycho killer slits the throat of a bus driver in front of a bus load of kids. A teen discovers a room full of torture devices and kids' remains. A teen's lover does drugs, coughs up blood, and dies. A teen is tazered while taking a bath. A father is tortured and lynched in front of his preteen daughter. A teen girl is assaulted and almost raped. Etc.

Frequent profanity, e.g. "f..k" is frequently used as general profanity, although not to refer to the sex act.

Teenagers getting very drunk and using drugs at a party, Several scenes of heroin injection, although the tone is disapproving (in the context of a person who has gotten out of rehab recalling her former life).

A number of intense "slasher movie" scenes. An attempted violent rape, thwarted before any clothes are removed.
