Manga Latina: Killer on the Loose (2006)

The once peaceful El Barrio begins to be terrorized by a mysterious serial killer, and the authorities are completely useless as the body count rises. Víctor La Cruz, however, sees this are not just dead bodies - they're dead Latinos. Deciding he will have none of this, Víc teams up with his odd set of delusional friends to stop the killer on the loose, Manga Latina style.
