One Night in Portland (2006)

When an agent of a secret international government is sent to capture an entity on the loose from a university laboratory, he goes about his track and trap protocol, only to find that night shift fans of indie rock and alien conspiracist radio show host DJ Eddie Lee are dying of otherworldly radiation exposure, and with dawn approaching he must race to cover up the events of one night in Portland.
