-One and a half years before the beginning of the Second World War, Adolf Hitler had the megalomaniac idea to construct in his home city of Linz the largest art center of Europe. Partly as a result of the war degenerated in the largest art theft of all time. The cultural treasures of the occupied countries were completely looted.
