Lethal Obsession (2007)

A man catches a woman getting out of shower. She is wearing a towel. They both begin kissing until the scene fades to them lying on bed. Sex is implied.

Man gropes woman's fully exposed breasts from behind during sex.

A man is shot in the head point blank within his car. The entire side window is splattered with gory blood (uncensored version).

A man is assaulted by a goon with a few punches just to "send a message".

In a flashback a little boy is being whipped by his drunk father with a belt. Goes on for a bit until his slightly older sister hits their father with an hard object, grabs her brother and escapes the house to hide.

A man bunts another man on the head with a gun. Then when a woman enters with a gun trained on him he grabs another woman as hostage. Once the hostage manages to break free the woman shoots the man in his leg... which somehow ends the conflict as both he and the woman have dropped their guns.
